Team Bios


Mark Gunning

Mark started his career back in the 1970’s, wasting no time tackling the biggest of real estate deals.

He has participated in 1000’s of transactions over the years as a Realtor.

He also has taken dirt all the way through the development phases, building custom tract homes with Builders.

He has been a multi-million dollar producer year after year and won National honors.

On top of holding an Arizona Real Estate license for 35 years, he is also a member of Certified Residential Specialists and the Graduate Realtor Institute.

A proud dad and grandfather, he never forgets why he puts in the long hours to make a difference for his clients.

“I believe very strongly in fundamentals… To me there is a right way to do things and a wrong way, and this commitment to doing the job right carries down to the service I provide my clients!”

Mark has three wonderful children, a granddaughter and two more grandchildren on the way!

He has been active in sports his whole life and loved coaching his kids growing up.


Dante Tuton, Office Manager

Judy was always told by her dear friend that she would be a wonderful Realtor.

Not until she was looking for a part-time job, as her kids were now a little more grown up, did she start working for Mark as his assistant and began to feel out the real estate industry.

She worked hard to get her license, worked full time and continued to raise her family.

Eight years later, she has proven success within the industry and is now Mark’s right arm.

She has held every position in the office and has excelled at all levels.

Her husband, Troy Wanstreet, also earned his Real Estate license and they have worked together to build great client relationships that have turned into blessed friendships!

Judy and Troy are proud parents of two girls and two beautiful grandchildren.


Tamara Hilton, Transaction Coordinator

Raised in a “Real Estate” family, Lisa bucked tradition and pursued a degree in Visual and Media Arts from Emerson College in Boston, MA.

She initially started her career as a photo editor working for a number of Hollywood Film Studios and Ad Agencies.

Looking to start a family, Lisa and her husband relocated to Phoenix, AZ in 2003.

She obtained her Real Estate license soon after and began working for Advantage Office Suites as the General Manager, leasing office space and managing operations.

In 2014, Lisa transitioned into Residential Real Estate and there after became the Marketing Manager for The Mark Gunning Team.

Despite her varied career one aspect has remained consistent and that is helping clients achieve their goals.

A Gilbert, AZ resident since 2005, Lisa is an active member of the community, a volunteer with the USA Clydesdale Preservation Foundation, and founder of the Ahwatukee Women’s Book Club.

She also enjoys yoga, working out, and spending time with her family.
